Welcome

Denver Grief & Loss and Caregiver Support Counseling

You wake up each day and the wave hits you again. You’ve entered a new reality: one you would do anything to escape. You've lost someone or something that made life make sense. Maybe someone you love has died. Maybe a significant relationship has ended, or a career that once gave you purpose has ended unexpectedly. You don't know where to go from here. It doesn't feel like the people in your life to whom you turn for support really understand what you're going through. You might worry it’s too much for them.

Time marches on and you have responsibilities that won't wait, but grief, emotional overwhelm, anxiety and crushing guilt, and the deluge of other emotions (not to mention the physical aches and pains; fatigue) won't wait either. You want to get a handle on what has happened to your life. You need space and time. You just want to feel like this is manageable; survivable.

I can help you navigate the overwhelming emotions coming at you each day. I'll be there with you to unpack your grief, in the many ways it will show up. I'll help you learn healthy ways to cope and care for yourself. To learn more about my background and approach, click here.
